5. Order Process
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt.
This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the UK (and may offer international delivery on request).
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges are shown before you confirm payment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or missing items.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All Chilled Recovery products are hand-built to order, customised to each customer’s chosen size, specification, finish, and features.
Because of this, all sales are final once your order has been placed and confirmed.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Production will begin only once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or collection, as set out in your invoice.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing before production begins.
Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional costs to cover work already completed.
Due to the custom-built nature of our products, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancellation and refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is received faulty, damaged, or not as described.

8. Warranty and Faulty Goods
Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by item.

However, we are not liable for:

Chilled Recovery Summer Sauna Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Chilled Recovery
Prize Draw Period:
The giveaway opens on the date the promotion is published and closes at 11:59pm on 22 September 2026 (the official end of summer in the UK).
How to Enter
* Purchase any sauna from Chilled Recovery during the promotional period.
* Each qualifying sauna purchase receives one automatic entry into the prize draw.
* No additional purchase is necessary beyond the sauna purchase.
Prize
* One winner will receive a Cold Plunge RRP £1,800.
* The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
Eligibility
* Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
* Employees of Chilled Recovery and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Winner Selection
* The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.
* The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase.
* If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Chilled Recovery reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Delivery
* The winner will receive a Cold Plunge RRP £1,800.
* Delivery is not included and will be charged separately based on the winner’s postcode and mileage from Bristol, UK.
* Any additional costs associated with delivery, installation, electrical work, access requirements, or site preparation are the responsibility of the winner.
* If the winner chooses not to pay the applicable delivery charge, Chilled Recovery reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Winner Selection
* The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an independent random name generator.
* The draw will take place on 23 September 2026, the official end of summer.
* The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase within 7 days of the draw.
* If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Chilled Recovery reserves the right to conduct a further random draw and select an alternative winner.
* Chilled Recovery may announce the winner’s first name and county on its website and social media channels unless the winner requests otherwise.
No Refunds for Entry
* Purchasing a sauna solely to enter the giveaway does not create any right to a refund if the entrant does not win.
Cancellation of Orders
* If a qualifying sauna order is cancelled, refunded, or not paid in full before the draw date, the associated giveaway entry will be void.
Number of Entries
* Each sauna purchased qualifies for one entry unless otherwise stated.
* Multiple sauna purchases will receive multiple entries.
Prize Acceptance
* The winner must accept the prize as offered and comply with any reasonable arrangements for delivery.
Liability
* Chilled Recovery accepts no responsibility for entries lost due to incorrect customer information being provided.
* Chilled Recovery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where required by law.

* Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
