Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All Chilled Recovery products are hand-built to order, tailored to each customer’s chosen specifications, finishes, and features. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Production will only begin once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or collection, as outlined in your invoice.

If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional costs.

By placing an order with Chilled Recovery, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
